Reach Impact Institute and Fund Recovery invite you to attend two powerful events. First, we will kick-off on June 25th with an inspiring evening of mission, community and meaningful connection to help raise needed funds to ensure our life-saving work continues to reach communities in need.
This will be followed on June 26th by a half-day summit focused on practical solutions, collaboration, and community action surrounding addiction, overdose prevention, recovery support, and treatment access.
On March 20th we hosted the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community Impact Summit in Ocean Springs, MS. It was an opportunity to meet and engage with local stakeholders and community champions at all levels and to learn more about this critical initiative, and the benefits of implementing harm reduction strategies that help save lives. By working together, we hope to break-down stigma and greatly improve the health of Mississipians.
REACH Impact Institute, in partnership with the Mississippi Public Health Institute, Singing River Health System and Fund Recovery, launched the second free Naloxone vending machine along the MS Gulf Coast on March 20, 2026 at the Singing River Ocean Springs Hospital.
The Ocean Springs Hospital Administrator, Heath Thompson, was joined by: Ocean Springs Mayor, Robert “Bobby” Cox; Jackson County Supervisor, Ennit Morris; Gulfport Hospital Administrator, Heather Rowley; Pascagoula Hospital Administrator, Jillian Strayham; and Director, MSPHI, Jan Dawson, among others.
