Rescue & Stigma Reduction

Changing how America sees and responds to addiction.

Stigma is one of the biggest barriers to recovery. REACH is shifting this mindset by leading community efforts focused on overdose prevention, public awareness and stigma reduction.

We’re proving that compassion is the most powerful antidote to fear.

Naloxone Vending Machines

Harm reduction vending machines are an evidence-based, low-barrier strategy to provide free life-saving Naloxone and educational resources directly into the hands of people who use drugs (PWUD), their families, and community members — meeting people where they are and reducing overdose deaths. Each installation includes local training, community engagement, and tracking to measure real-time impact.

Community Education & Engagement

From DC to Tennessee to the Gulf Coast, REACH hosts summits, engages local stakeholders and partners with community champions at all levels to educate them on the benefits of implementing harm reduction strategies that also provide pathways to treatment and recovery. Each event is designed to connect hearts and minds to the cause of rescue and recovery and inspire action.

Celebrity & Influencer Outreach

Professional athletes, musicians, and creators use their platforms to destigmatize addiction and amplify hope. These collaborations turn recovery into a national conversation and bring new audiences into the mission.

Public Awareness Campaigns

The “Tackle Overdose Now” campaign, started in Fentress County, Tennessee in late 2024, is an example of how our unified efforts are addressing the overdose crisis head-on. This public-access, awareness and support “Campaign” model has already proven to show a significant shift and impact in the communities where it has been established, and we are eager to expand that progress to more areas in need.
