Recovery Housing & Respite Care

Building safe homes and pathways from crisis to purpose.

Community Respite & Workforce Integration

By combining short-term respite beds with workforce development and case management, REACH ensures that recovery extends beyond treatment into independence and purpose.

Transitional & Faith-Based Housing Expansion

REACH partners with municipalities, churches, and nonprofits to replicate this model across Tennessee and beyond. Each home serves as a local hub for healing — connecting residents to recovery services and vocational opportunities.

MODEL PROGRAM SPOTLIGHT

The Way Recovery Homes

The Way is a faith-driven sober housing program that provides safe, structured homes for men and women in recovery. The Way exists to give men and women struggling with addiction a place to recover through faith, structure, and community. Residents participate in the Purpose-Driven Work Program — learning life skills, job training, and servant leadership through real employment opportunities.

“Home is where healing becomes habit.”

Help us build more homes of hope.
